Soft Systems presents a video screening extending Materials and Processes for an Expanding World. This screening will bring together nine video works originally included in the group exhibition, which featured works on paper, ephemera, and video by 38 artists and was held December 11–13, 2025 at Plot in Los Angeles. Drawn from the broader exhibition, the screening focuses exclusively on moving-image contributions.

The original exhibition invited contributors to send small, unfinished works through the mail to Plot, including nine video works submitted on USB drives, extending the project’s mail-art framework into time-based media. The screening will take place January 31, 2026, hosted by Parlour and Ramp in Pilsen, Chicago.
